Desires, Manifestations, Time Spans vary.

Giving manifestation time its due respect requires patience and faith.

Assurance of manifestation of desire is an affirmation. Keeping the assurances in high vibration is a necessity to manifest beautifully.

You need assurance to fill in the tiny bit of a space in your wait period that has the choice of getting filled up either by anxiety or by confidence. Assurance nudges the confidence into this space and keeps you in vibration that is not low. In this vibration, the creative suggestion that comes as guidance for an action step to be carried out in this waiting period is better understood because of the assurance. You are either ready to do anything provided it indicates that it is for your desire manifestation or you are in no mood to do anymore.  Assurance gives that guarantee to the action suggested. To do those actions a reason and motivation are necessary.

In absence of assurance, there is a lack of security and approval. You may see yourself being kept in the balance, with no understanding of what is next. This may result in you reassessing your desire thus completely changing your asking. You may self-blame or go into self-doubt.

Words that affirm that ‘your desires have happened and you are about to see them’ or ‘your desires are happening’, are the ones that keep you on the receiving track. Keep them close. Keep them handy. Repeat them as you need and will.

When you affirm these assurances, right after that you could look for sign and symbol that reinforces your trust and keeps you from interfering with what the Universe is set out to provide for you on your request.

“Only your greatest and highest good is in store for you.”

“Only my greatest and highest good is in store for me.”

If you are willing to add this affirmation which is a highlight to all of your assurances, then the previous assurances and the wait is easier to agree with.

In all situations, conditions, choices you just need to keep this affirmation/assurance close to you.

Life’s learning is either giving pleasure or comes with learning. Both promise ‘good’ for you in your life.

Assurances keep you calm and thus increases your visibility of your desires actually manifesting. When you stress about it coming true, there are chances that it has come true and you have missed it as you were busy questioning the process.

Your desires are entirely yours and it is entitled to be manifested only for you. You need not fear of it getting over in quota or getting assigned to someone else because of your x y z reasons. Your desires have your copy right.

The only one who can and will receive it is YOU.

Ask, have faith, affirm, see the signs, do the action, receive the manifestation with joy.

And during all that have fun.

Then why is that we continue to struggle and suffer in spite of doing all this chanting. I am sure our Rishis and Sages have done this for our people to benefit.”


Dear Friend!

Chanting praises of Lord, God or Goddesses is a practice. Many do this ritualistically, diligently, sincerely, partially, or forcefully, according to their choice. The words that are uttered during the chanting are equivalent to appreciation and gratitude to a higher force. The trust that you express through your chanting to the higher power ignites the faith and raises the security within. This gives you more confidence about your life experiences, handling your life situations and in asking about your pending desires.

Chanting is, therefore, a Vibration Raising Agent*. It raises the vibration and therefore brings you at the vibrational alignment with all the benefits and fulfillments that are made to be known to you.

Chanting like affirmation is one-time prescription. One time is all it takes.

Raising vibration per se comes from building momentum. As you stepwise or gradually get to the high vibration, it is here that your words which are your wishes start getting communicated to the higher source.

Higher force, Source, God, Universe are high energy and high vibrational entities. Communication with them is established better here. Receiving and asking is more clearly understood here. You get clear about what you really want to ask. You also get clear on what you are hearing as guidance. Manifestations take place on following those guidance. Being in this level of vibration is a boost in confidence and you, therefore, most definitely follow the guidance. And when you do follow the guidance the desires start to come true.

When the guidance is not clearly understood it seems as if it is not received. Sometimes you receive guidance but you don’t carry them out. In both situations, you don’t see your desires come true. This dwindles your connection and faith with the Source, the higher power. Suffering starts here. When you re establish your connection and faith with the higher power, through meditation, focussed chanting, and then by gathering the guidance. Regular practice of this reconnects you to Source and the suffering starts to diminish.

Chanting to convey your gratitude and/or desires is like affirming.

When you chant or affirm at one time and reach the high vibration and you communicate with what you believe in as higher power, what do you do next? After the communication of the desire do you keep the faith and trust that you don’t need to recheck? Or do you start with your regular life showing semi or some doubt? You start to re word your desires and thus change your request.

While you are chanting or affirming you are not saying anything other than what you wish to say. This is a reason why you require to chant or affirm several times.

Many times you are sad because you haven’t received what you want. So your chanting or affirmations are in sad or low vibrations. While saying it several times there are moments of your unawareness when you inadvertently and unknowingly slide into the high vibration. These moments of your unawareness are the loopholes. It is here that your words for desire slip into the high vibration and get clearly communicated to the higher power. This is an another important reason for chanting or affirming several times.


Chanting or affirming with faith is saying it clearly and still being flexible.

Chant or affirm once with faith and trust. That is all it takes. Follow the guidance in the form of follow up action. May all your dreams and desires come true!

CaseStudy: ‘R’ started for Starbucks one Sunday morning a practice that she had started a week ago, for her blog writing something she was very passionate about. Her waking up later than the time she needed to wake up, not remembering to re-schedule with the house staff so now she had to wait for her, receiving an unexpected phone call and her having to revisit the flat to pick up her pen and then her face towel were series of events that were moving her stepping out to a later timing. For every intrusion, she affirmed, ‘This is happening for a very good reason. Something very good will come out for me.’ Sitting in her car, as she placed the key in the ignition, she reviewed all of it. Even after she reached the destination she did not get the desired parking spot. She realised that all those were the resistance that she had encountered.

Question is why?

Even though her understanding was that she was on her way to do what she loved to do that is to go to café and to write on her favourite subject of human science. She still had attracted a battery of situations that were keeping her from doing that comfortably.

These unexpected events that took place between her leaving the home to reaching Starbucks were actually ‘resistance’. Her resistance was due to lack of willingness. She now needed to find out what was ‘the resistance keeping her from achieving’. This would provide her the answer to where the willingness was lacking.

And after she finds out where was her lack of willingness then that would answer what was causing all the resistance to show up and she could work on eliminating them. Letting go or eliminating the resistance will increase the willingness.

‘R’ was also finishing writing a book for which she wanted to clear some time in the week. Once she understood it was connected to the publishing of the book, she addressed the fears, hesitation, and responsibilities connected to completing and publishing the book.

How did she get over the resistance?

Under all conditions, she wrote her book with no excuses. She did tapping/EFT whenever she felt fear or energy lowering while writing the book.

Lack of willingness is unwillingness.

Unwillingness can be obvious or subtle. Some things you don’t like find difficult or don’t agree. Unwillingness for these is obvious. You openly say it or show it. When you love an action, look forward to learning and doing, is as per your plan and you still face situations that make moving forward not smooth. Unwillingness here is subtle.

In obvious unwillingness, you would welcome the resistance and use them as a logical rational reason not to move in that direction. In subtle unwillingness, you need to investigate. You need to dig out the reason for the unwillingness and recognise the resistance. Then you solve or let go them for smooth sail ahead.

These situations that you face are the resistance.

Resistances are towards change, personal growth, to accept help and support. Resistance could come up as situations with money, time, distance, doubt, questions, phone call, sleep, hunger, bio breaks, other alternative engagements, people and/or relationships. Largest resistance is not recognising what you already have and showing gratitude for what you have. Resistance becomes blockages connected to all the above. All these blockages give rise to thoughts and words that bring you down to low vibration. At this vibration, manifestation does not take place or sometimes is difficult or if it does happen, leaves you with the same low vibration in which you so relentlessly manifested. Thus, the joy of manifestation is missing here.

Understanding the reason for the resistance and removal of resistance converts the unwillingness to willingness.

Your willingness can help you achieve all that you set out to act on. It opens doors, creates and brings opportunities, support system, resources and gives energy for all that you want to do.

Willingness gives you the confidence that all is possible.

Your love for your desires has to be greater than your succumbence to your resistance.

Your love for your desires has to be more than your succumbance to your resistance.

You want something. You desire it. You need to want it ENOUGH. You need to solely want it in a focused manner and with solid and steady faith in your understanding of your need for the desire.

Ask for that and that only. Just be flexible enough to receive ‘that or something higher.’

Your loyalty towards your desire denotes your love and respect towards it and its depth of intent with which you wish to have it.

Lack of clarity, being unclear or having doubts on what and how much you want your desire, arises from the self-doubt on your deservability.

Can I have it? Would I receive it? Will I get it? Self-questioning is what happens next. But, what do you reply to these questions? Do you stand strong, stand wise and stand tall and affirm, ‘YES’ ‘I will’, ‘I am’, I have’, receive, receiving, received. Or do you succumb to the voice that tells you otherwise?

Please do not succumb.

Get clear on what you desire. Write down what you desire. Journal why do you want what you want. Give it dedicated time and attention. Read it, go through it several times and allow yourself to draft and re-draft your desires. When you are convinced then finalise your desires. Regardless of your attachment to the specificity or how particular you are about the desire, ask for this desire or something higher ‘under divine guidance, protection, and blessings’.

Even if momentarily you succumb to your resistance then, be kind, polite, nice and loving towards yourself and your resistance(s). Lovingly do the ‘cancelling technique’ by Doreen Virtue. Wave you hand as if you are warding off something and say ‘Cancel, Clear, Delete’, 3 times. Right after that say 3 affirmation supporting your desire manifesting.

Here’s an affirmation that tops all affirmations and has trust as the main offer. “May all that is of my greatest and highest good in this desire come to me.” This or a certain version of it tops all affirmation. It has faith, has the highest level of asking and receiving. You could use this till you can decide on your desire-centric affirmations.

This helps you in practicing and expressing love for your desire in all and every area of life.

Recognising and moving past your resistance becomes ‘pin point and solve’ kind of step in your life. No succumbing, just handling and moving towards your desires.

That’s a Win. Every win counts. It motivates, you to replicate the practice and promotes you to notice your increased deservability. This pour into the desires that are dear to you and want so much.

When you start with a schedule or exercising, finishing a project, association or collaboration, there could be resistance that will come up in several forms, all of them not so pleasant to very unpleasant. Recognise it and value your desire higher and move past your resistance and stay true to your desire.

From all this, you get data, knowledge, and information. The basis of these is learning.

You could be directly involved in it or you could be a secondary recipient.

You make an investment of your resources, time, energy, money, thoughts, beliefs, confidence and/or trust.

Anyone or anything through whom or through which you learn is your teacher. The teacher is a medium, someone who places the knowledge in your space.

Here you get a choice. Here you get to select.

You can decide whether to choose ‘to do’ or ‘not to do’ what has been taught. This is the real ACTUAL learning.

Give value, respect, and gratitude to your teacher. It is only through your teacher that you have the honor and privilege to gain access to the knowledge/information.

Your teacher has been a student of another teacher. They get to take the knowledge and information which was in the perspective of their teacher.

The delayering done by the teacher comes as a combination of their environmental influence and their understanding of the knowledge. They share facts but their understanding of the facts also plays an important role in presenting it to the student.

There is another important way in which you learn and that is through your life experiences.  What you learn is the only thing that is important, how you are taught is something you need not replicate.

There are religious books and epics. There are traditions and rituals. Then there are customised rules and regulations.

There are self-study and self-derivation. This is from what you read or hear on your own. It is completely on you what you derive and what is your understanding of knowledge. What you derive and impart now becomes your version of knowledge.

No one other than the original teacher can clarify what they mean or meant from what they preach or preached. Some writings and/or audios are available today. The answers are of today’s interpretation on the basis of the individual. You can choose to re-interpret or just accept.

Right guidance, explanation, and support are mandatory. You can choose to take help from yourself or along with yourself you take support from someone other than you.

When the student is ready the teacher appears. The same thing applies to the teachers. When the teacher is ready student appears.

A student needs to ask the question. The right question always attracts the right answers. The source of the answer is infinite but is specific to that question.

The best guide is the Universe. Your mind is the best connection to the Universe. Trust and befriend your mind. Meditate or focus for the answers. Keep your sincerity towards receiving the answers rather than the correctness of the answers or specificity of the answer or the way you receive it.

These answers come in the form of messages that make the choice between ‘what to do’ and ‘what not to do’, easy for you. You are wise. You can rely on your judgment, provided they are all yours.

Better Other Days

Some days are good. Other days are better.

Your good days get your approval impromptu.

Not so good days get your discussions, reaction.

Existence of a good day stays till a smile or laugh and if you stretch it, till a mention or two to another person or possibly your diary.

Not so good day linger, making their existence felt for a longer time duration. More people get to hear it. It receives more of attention, focus, energy, words, vibration.

Good day gives pleasure, gets stored as a pleasant memory.

Not so good day helps you address all the suppressed feelings, unaddressed issues, dodged patterns. It tells you, assists you, and reminds you of the action that you needed to take but had not taken before. It comes to you as a situation that stares right at your face, which you have to FACE and cannot avoid.

Good day gets a big YES/TICK, approval on it being a good day.

Through, not so good day your learning is derived and patterns are changed. These learning and pattern change is an indication to move on to the next zone/phase. This Not so good day, therefore, comes with bonuses.

So it proves that the ‘Not so good day’ is a better day.

So, if now you are asked, “How was your day?”, then you would know that there are only two correct answers to that question or greeting.

First, correct answer is, ‘it was a good, great day.’

The second correct answer is. ‘it was a better day.’

Next time you go through life situations that seem challenging, uninspiring, irritating and/or frustrating. You will know that it is one of the ‘better’ days.

When you notice the scene of a day shift to something not so comfortable or fun, you can say it to yourself ‘it must be one of the better days.’

This thus becomes your affirmation and translates all your days into days that you would love to live through. You start to see the humor and fun in converting all the seriousness that comes with the tough day, into something that can be utilised as a day to collect gifts that contribute to transformation.

Good day and better day, you could be grateful for both.

Even in a day some part or parts of your day can be good. While other part or parts completely or intermittently could be as understood as ‘better’ part of the day. When the day is good or great enjoy it. When it starts to get better remind yourself of that and see how the mood of the day changes.

Gradually days will start to get smoother.

Then all days will be WONDERFUL.

Case Study: ‘R’ got confirmation about her husband’s onsite placement in Australia, which both of them wanted to manifest since two years. ‘R’s husband was to report for the job immediately and ‘R’ and their toddler were to join in later. As they excitedly prepared for the trip ‘R’ started to get nervous as she realised, when her husband leaves for the new job she will have to manage a lot more than she had been doing. The house, bills and their one and half-year-old baby girl.

Just the day before her husband was to fly to Melbourne, they received the news that the project had been postponed for few weeks. ‘R’ got sad and started to go into self-blame and self-guilt.

So ‘R’s’ question is ‘How to handle the consequences ( after effects ) when you manifest something really big? How to prepare for the consequences? ‘ (Mrs. Rashmi Harish, Karnataka, India)

For starters ‘R’ could stop calling it by names or terms like consequences and after-effects. You would wish to manifest a reward, not punishment or compensation.

Everything happens for the right reasons, at the right time. Could you be willing to see that? There is something(s) you need to get ready with. There is something that has been left unfinished.

So, learn your learning. Prepare yourself for your next step. Attain the skills you need. Organise yourself.

Look at your blessings as your support system and your support system as your blessing. Trust yourself. You are your prime and best support system. The rest of the support system supports only the prime support system. It is like a machinery of chain actions whose start switch is at the realisation and initiation of this prime support system. Only then the rest of the support system gets into motion.

Your child is your motivation, vibration raising agent*. Your child will give you the motivation to keep moving forward to keep going on. Your new set of responsibilities will also have the similar encouraging effect for you.

You are more capable than you have been giving yourself credit. You have asked for this opportunity and here you have been presented with one.

Take it. Grab it. Receive it.

Go ahead and prove to yourself what you wanted to prove yourself. You asked for some lone time (a) To review your relationship with your man. What would you like to change there?  (b) To review your relationship with your own self. What life enhancements have you been desiring for yourself? (c) To strengthen your bond with your child.

Use the time explore your career options here and in the new country before you get there. Your knowledge and your utilisation of your knowledge is a way of supporting yourself.

Embrace what you have manifested with love.
