take action with joy


Do it with happiness.
When this is suggested it is not asking of you to be nice. Whatever you attract do it with a smile. But what if, that is not what you wanted? Say no. Reject it. But what if you can’t and you feel safe doing it? What if it involves your near and dear ones and you feel safe, but you don’t like it? What if you feel you are missing out on what you are actually supposed to do?
Have a self-conversation, ‘this is temporary, this is not life-threatening. This is doable. This will not take too much time. I could multitask. I will allow it to take me towards what I desire. Right now I have attracted this thing’s attention. It’s not so bad. I will allow it to bring me good.’
The reason for all this is not to manipulate your mind or yourself to be in an undesirable situation. The reason you have such self-conversation is to buy you time to rechannel your energy towards what you truly like, desire, and want (more than the task at hand). The more you fret the more it persists and more of similar tasks will come into your space, compelling you to keep shelling your resources for them. To get to do what you want, take these three steps: (1) Have a self-conversation similar to the ones mentioned above. (2) In parallel keep making lists of what (tasks) you desire to do and connect your ‘why’s’ to them. (3) Connect with the feelings that you would feel when you get to do your desired tasks.
The first step is to keep you calm and to do the task at hand with ease and with good energy. Then you get an opportunity to re-route your energy towards the desires of your liking, which happens in step two. Then in step three, you communicate to the Universe about your desires. Communication to the Universe is through vibration. Emotions get translated into high vibration or low vibration. According to your focus encapsulated with high or low vibration, your instructions get communicated to your Universe.
You receive whatever your focus has been on. ‘I don’t want this.’ Keeps you there doing the same things again and again like a pattern. If you change your focus by saying, ‘Ok, this is what I have, now I would like to want what I like ..da.da..da..da….list them.’ It raises your vibration. Communication is passed on to the Universe and before you know it, your desirable tasks start to come to you.
Receive and welcome them.
While you are doing the tasks, you know, the not-so-desirable ones or ones other than the desirable ones, remember to appreciate, praise, and express value for every bit you do. Encourage yourself in an exaggerated manner. How many times are these steps supposed to be done? As many times as it takes to feel pleasure doing the present task. This moves your attention to all that gives you pleasure. Your desires give you pleasure. Even when you are doing the other tasks, you talk about your desires with passion. Discuss only with encouraging parties. Do not try to please or seek approval from naysayers.
It is a secret project between you and your Universe.
Enjoy this task which is at hand to enjoy what is coming.
